A Growing Gap

The speed of technology and the changing job market have outpaced today’s learning models, creating a disconnect between education and real-world readiness.

 

By 2030, automation will displace 92 million jobs, but 170 million new roles will emerge. This represents a net growth of 78 million jobs globally. (Source: WEF)

 

Despite this opportunity, too many students are leaving college underprepared for today's workplace, while employers face a historic talent shortage.
